Refund policy

Unrestrictable sells prepaid API credit, from $10 per top-up. Credit is spent request by request at the price shown for each model, has no expiry date, and stays on the account. A top-up is not refundable once it is credited, as the terms say. Check the prices and try the playground before a larger top-up.
- A request that fails before it reaches the model, or that the model does not answer.
- An image or video prompt refused under the acceptable use policy: it is refused before it is priced.
- A generation that fails after the host accepted it: the charge goes back to the balance.
- An answer the model refuses by its own refusal signal, and a non-streamed JSON answer that misses the schema you asked for, up to $5 per account per UTC day. These come back as credit, and the answer carries the
x-uplink-refundheader with the reason.
If a card or wallet was charged twice for one top-up, or charged for a top-up that never reached your balance, write to hello@unrestrictable.ai with the receipt or the payment id. A duplicate or missing top-up is refunded to the payment method it came from, or credited, whichever you ask for.
If you do not recognize a charge, write to hello@unrestrictable.ai first: it is faster than a dispute with your bank. A payment that is refunded or disputed is reversed in the ledger with any bonus credit it earned, and the account’s keys may be paused until the balance is positive.
Unused credit is not paid out when an account closes. The unused balance of an account closed by Uplink Switch LLC for breaking the terms or the acceptable use policy is not refunded.
The console lists every top-up, charge and refund in the ledger, and the usage log holds each request id with its charge. Send the request id or the payment id with any billing question.
