Acceptable use

This policy is part of the terms. It covers every account, key and request, including requests your own users send through an app or resold access built on Unrestrictable. You are responsible for their use as if it were yours.

• Any sexual content involving minors or that sexualizes minors, real or fictional, in text, images or video. Such requests are refused before they reach a model.
• Sexual or intimate content of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including generated or altered images.
• Accessing, attacking or testing systems, networks or accounts you do not own or have written permission to test, or building or spreading malware against others.
• Help making biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons, or planning violence, terrorism or violent extremism.
• Threats, harassment, stalking, or targeting people for their race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or national origin.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, spam, or deceiving people into believing they are talking to a human when it matters to them.
• Infringing intellectual property, or collecting, selling or exposing personal data without a lawful basis.
• Anything illegal where you are or where the output is used.

The models answer without a stock refusal layer, so fiction can deal with violence, crime and other dark subject matter, and research can ask about topics a filtered model declines. The list above still applies to every request.

If you build an app on Unrestrictable, you are responsible for its users, for any age checks the law requires of you, and for what it publishes.

Some of this policy is enforced on every request, before anything is charged:

• On every uncensored image and video model, a prompt that describes a minor is refused with the error content_not_allowed before it is priced or sent to a model. Nothing is charged.
• On the uncensored image edit models, an edit prompt that asks to remove clothing runs only on an image generated by this API (a /v1/files link of its own), never on a photo uploaded from anywhere else, so no photo of a real person is altered that way. The uncensored image-to-video models animate only images generated here.
• Chat requests are not filtered for content by the gateway. The models answer the way their builds answer, and this policy still covers what you send them.
• A key with no limits of its own takes up to 600 requests a minute and 50 at once. In an account’s first 24 hours, every key is held to 60 requests a minute. Past a limit the API answers 429 with rate_limited.

Security and red-team builds are for assessing systems you own or are authorized in writing to test. Keep proof of that authorization; Uplink Switch LLC may ask for it.

• No getting around rate limits, billing or key restrictions, and no probing, overloading or disrupting the gateway.
• No stolen or unauthorized payment methods, and no disputing charges for usage you made.

Uplink Switch LLC may refuse requests, suspend or revoke keys, or close accounts that break this policy, without notice or refund, and reports apparent child sexual abuse material and credible threats to the authorities.

In the API, requests from a suspended account answer 403 with account_frozen. A revoked key answers 401 with invalid_api_key within 60 seconds of being revoked. The unused balance of an account closed for a breach is not refunded, as the terms say.

Write to hello@unrestrictable.ai with the request id or the details you have. Every answer carries its request id in the x-uplink-request-id header. If you do not have one, send the model, the time in UTC and what was generated.
